GETTING STARTED
Welcome to Vidu API! With Vidu API, enterprises and developers can leverage advanced multimodal models to effortlessly generate high-quality and imaginative videos.
To get started, sign up for a Vidu API platform account by clicking "Sign In." Currently, you can register using your Google account. Once registered, you can access the dashboard to manage your API keys, purchase credits, and view your usage history.
After registration, you will have access to the dashboard. Navigate to the "API Keys" tab to view and manage your API keys.
Please note：
- Creating a key requires entering a nickname.
- Each account can have up to 10 active API keys.
- Only suspended keys can be deleted.
- Do not share your API key with others or expose it in the browser or client-side code.
Before using the API, you need to add credits to your account. Credits are used to pay for the compute resources utilized by your models.
To add credits:
- Access the dashboard and go to the "Billing" tab.
- Click the "Add Credits" button.
- Enter the amount of credits needed, and the system will automatically calculate the total payment.
- Complete your payment, and the credits will be added to your account. Note: Vidu currently supports single payments between $10 and $10,000.
To check your balance and track your credits:
- Log in to your Vidu Platform account.
- Go to the dashboard.
- Under the "Billing" tab, your current credit balance will be displayed at the top.
To monitor your credit consumption:
- Log in to your Vidu Platform account.
- Go to the dashboard.
- 3 Click the "Usage" tab to view an overview and detailed records of your API calls and credit usage.
⠀Note: All usage details are recorded in UTC+0 timezone, and billing is processed hourly.
To generate an invoice for your credit purchases:
- Log in to your Vidu Platform account.
- Go to the dashboard.
- Under the "Billing" tab, find the "billing history" section.
- You can download invoices for each transaction for your records.
